The Wine Cellar restaurant in N. Redington Beach plans to sell its land and relocate

Ten Sonnenshein and partners have offered their N. Redington Beach land for sale at $7.125 million. Once they sell they would move their 32 year old restaurant, the Wine Cellar, to another location.  This is a popular restaurant - in fact, I one advertised a Gulf front cottage as being right on the beach between The Lobster Pot and The Wine Cellar. You could walk home from either one.
