Market Update 4/23/07 on For Sale and Sold Luxury Condominiums in Vinoy Place, downtown St Petersburg Florida

St Petersburg, Florida:  April 23, 2007

There are currently eight properties for sale in the Pinellas Realtor Organization Multiple Listing Service. They range from $799,900 for a 1,793 sq ft condo to $2,990,000 for a 4,326 sq ft townhouse.

One condo is currently under contract which has a listing price of $950,000.

The MLS shows two condo sales so far in 2007, one with 2,023 sq ft which sold at $760,000 and one with 3,630 sq ft which sold at $1,825,000.
