Staged homes have more appeal and sell faster in Tampa Bay and St Petersburg Florida

Staging a home for sale shows it in its best light, makes it appear larger and more function, easy on the eye, and welcoming. Various reports and studies reported on the Internet indicate homes sell twice as fast - some reports even claim three times as fast.

To better serve the Simms Team’s clients, Sharon Simms has just earned her Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) designation. Both education and practical experience are required for this designation, and it gives Sharon access to additional staging resources as well as discounts that she will pass on to her real estate clients.  Sharon is also a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals, giving additional networking and resources.

Properly staging a home should not only help to sell it faster, but to sell for a higher price - with the high inventory currently available, it can make the difference between the home selling and not selling.
