Tampa Bay Builders offer free Harley-Davidson or property tax contribution

Cambridge Homes offers a free Harley; Toll Brothers offers property taxes

The last year has seen many builder incentives to entice buyers to their inventory homes. Two new twists were advertised today:

Cambridge Homes is offering a free 2007 Harley-Davidson Softail Fat Boy motorcycle to buyers of their inventory homes. The closing must take place before July 31, 2007 and the buyer must use the builder’s mortgage company.

Toll Brothers are offering to pay 30% of the buyer’s real estate taxes for 10 years (not to exceed $40,000). Though not specifically mentioned, the fine print states that the offer is subject to certain conditions which may include using their lender and their title company.
