Signature Place St Petersburg condos moves sales office

The block of downtown St. Petersburg that is Signature Place Condominiums is moving along. The West City Lofts have topped out and they are working on the 9th floor of the tower building.

In order to begin the East City Lofts, the temporary sales office onsite has been closed and is moving to the ground floor of the Bank of America Tower, just kitty-korner from the Signature Place site.

The road closure on 1st Street S will increase, the crane will move out onto the street, and caissons will go in this month.
