West City Lofts of Signature Place St Petersburg has topped off

Cantor Development has announced that the West City Lofts section of their Signature Place condominium block in downtown St Petersburg, Florida has "topped off" - which means that the roof structure is poured. Bovis Land Lease, the contractor, has been pouring concrete for 17 weeks. To pour one complete floor takes about 14,550 man hours. Ray Cook, Superintendent, reports that masonry work has started in both the West Lofts and in the Tower structure. Plumbing is going in, along with vertical duct work. Next will be the framing and windows.
