Caladesi Island is America's #1 beach in 2008

Dr Beach has named another Pinellas County Florida beach as America's #1

Dr. Beach began naming America's #1 beach in 1991 and Florida has had 6 of them, two of them in Pinellas County on the west coast of Florida, most recently Caladesi Island, off the coast of Dunedin and Clearwater, and back in 2005 Ft. DeSoto Park, a St Petersburg beach just south of Tierra Verde.

Both of these have miles of white sand beaches and a natural environment. Some days it's just you and the sea birds.

The latest Sharon's State of the Market has been posted. Both the general market and the luxury market in Pinellas County, Florida, have seen an increasing number of sales. A $10,250,000 sale made a county record in May as well.
