Real estate market report for Pinellas County, Florida for June 2008

The June 2008 market report for Pinellas County real estate has been posted. The number of single family homes sold has increased each month this year. Condo sales have been more erratic from month to month. Average prices and median prices are down 15-16% from June 2007.
