Grand Bohemian St Petersburg progress
Today when I passed the corner of 2nd St and 2nd Ave N in downtown St Petersburg, in addition to the familiar signs of the Grand Bohemian luxury hotel and condominiums "coming" I saw a large, new sign. HUNT Construction. Any sign of progress is good. The Grand Bohemian will be a great addition to downtown St Petersburg. The Grand Bohemian Orlando is a happening place to be after work – I expect the one in St Pete will be also. The luxury hotel condominiums (not a condo hotel, but luxury condominiums on the floors above the hotel, with use of all the hotel services, will be a first for St. Pete.

The Grand Bohemian would be a beautiful addition to downtown St Pete. But… we’ve been hearing about the Grand Bohemian coming for as long I have lived in St Pete (over 3 years). Is it really going to happen? WHEN? Perhaps Kessler should make all of it hotel rooms.
