Land closing is scheduled for Grand Bohemian Hotel and Condos in St Petersburg

Although there isn’t much activity on the site at the northwest corner of 2nd St and 1st Ave N in downtown St Petersburg, there IS progress with the Grand Bohemian Hotel and Condos. Closing on the land is scheduled for mid-August and announcements should be forthcoming for the Grand Opening, groundbreaking and commencement of construction. Kessler is a winner and so are his projects. Having seen what an attraction the Grand Bohemian is in Orlando - it’s a main gathering point after the close of business for locals - I can’t wait to see that in downtown St. Pete as well.
