Recently I blogged about a development we visited – and liked – in Costa Rica. A negative comment was posted by someone who had purchased there. I contacted the developer to elicit a response, since every situation has two sides, but the developer opted not to comment and in fact asked me to delete the negative comment. Since I did not want to “ignore” the negative comment and leave only my positive comments, I chose to delete not only the comment but the entire post that elicited the comment.
