Happy New Year, all!

After a very busy December, we’re ready to start 2009 as a new business in a new location. The Simms Team has left RE/MAX Metro (sad to leave friends but excited about new opportunities) and formed a new real estate company, ALVA International, Inc. We have a superb downtown location right on Beach Drive, across from the Museum of Fine Arts – at 238 Beach Drive NE (St Petersburg 33701). Our new phone is (727) 898-2582 which is also 898-ALVA. Our old phones will still reach us.
