400 Beach, the latest St Petersburg luxury condo downtown to be completed, has more units for sale than meets the eye

About a week and a half ago I wrote about  closings beginning and about six units on the market for sale at 400 Beach in downtown St Petersburg. That is still the case.

What’s interesting though is the other 400 Beach condos "on the market":

A local real estate company has an additional 11 condos in 400 Beach on their website, presumably waiting for the owners to close before entering them in the MLS.

I personally know of 3 additional condos that will be coming on the market when the owners close.

At a Christmas party this week I heard about some other people who are going to be walking away from their deposits and not closing - are they included in the ones on the web? I don’t know.

What we do know, though, is that at least 20 of the condos are going to be on the market. In a building of slightly less than 100 condos, that’s quite a lot.
