Posters of Robert Irvine line the windows along Beach Drive

The windows of 400 Beach in downtown St Petersburg last week were filled with posters of Robert Irvine, noted chef from the Food Channel. Ooze & Schmooze will be his first restaurants, and his parrtner J. Randall Williams reports that the restaurant should have its soft opening by the end of February. If that’s to happen, there will have to be some pretty fast and coordinated work fitting out the inside. Williams promised lots of famous names from the food world will be in St Petersburg for the opening. All this is on the street level of 400 Beach, a 29 story luxury condominium building that was just completed.
