Progress on constructiohn of 400 Beach Saint Petersburg Florida 6-20-07

Construction has been going well on 400 Beach, the latest luxury condominium in downtown St Petersburg that Opus is developing. Sections are being painted, with multiple coordinating sand-peach-beige colors. Now we’re seeing pavers being set for the sidewalks along Beach Drive.

Opus estimates that the first closings will occur in December 2007, starting with the lower floors, and should continue through the first quarter of 2008.
