Closings have started on 400 Beach in downtown Saint Petersburg

The first closing has taken place at 400 Beach, the newest luxury condominium on Beach Drive in downtown St. Petersburg. Like its sister condo, Parkshore Plaza, this building overlooks Straub Park and the Vinoy Basin marina, out into Tampa Bay. Retail shops and restaurants will line the street with outside tables along the broad sidewalk promenade. Up on the fourth level is the spacious pool deck, this time with a view out to Tampa Bay. Additional closings are scheduled for this month and into January and February. There are currently 4 condos on the market, all owned by Opus, the developer of the project.
